Cross border smuggling module busted in Ferozepur; One held with over 5.5 Kg heroin

In an intelligence-led operation,  Ferozepur Police busted a cross-border drug smuggling module. Police apprehended one person who is a resident of Village Chandiwala. During the search operation, the police also recovered 5.507 Kg heroin.

A preliminary investigation by the Police revealed his links with Pak-based smugglers. An FIR has been registered, and teams are probing forward and backward linkages.
