New Delhi: As the polling for sixth phase starts, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday urged people to vote in large numbers. He said that people should vote in large numbers as democracy thrives when people are engaged in electoral process.
In a post shared on X, PM Modi said, “I request all the voters of the sixth phase of the Lok Sabha elections to come forward to vote in maximum numbers. Every vote matters and your vote is equally important! Democracy flourishes and looks vibrant only when the public participates enthusiastically in the election process. Along with mothers, sisters and daughters, I especially request the young voters to definitely exercise their right to vote.”
