Diljit Dosanjh supports Punjab in crisis: said “Punjab is Injured, Not Defeated”

Chandigarh, Sep 4: Punjabi singer and actor Diljit Dosanjh today shared a video on his Instagram to encourage people regarding the heavy rains and large-scale floods in Punjab.

Diljit said in his message:

“Punjab is injured, but not defeated… We all stand shoulder to shoulder.”

He says that service is not complete by just giving ration and aide:

“This does not mean that we will step back after giving rations and aide. We are with people until their lives get back on track.”

He reminded everyone that Punjab has seen many hardships in the past, but always emerged stronger : “Punjab has faced many challenges before. But whenever we stand together, we rebuild everything. And we will do it again.”

Diljit openly praised the young generation of Punjab and NGOs who are selflessly serving the people in this time of crisis. He said that the morale of Punjabis is very high and we will get through this together.
