4.6 Magnitude Quake Jolts J&K’s Doda District

An earthquake of magnitude 4.6 on the Richter scale struck Doda district in Jammu and Kashmir at 4:32 am on Sunday, according to the National Centre for Seismology.

The quake occurred at a shallow depth of 10 km, with its epicentre located at latitude 33.090 N and longitude 75.928 E. Tremors were felt in parts of the region, though there were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
