A young man who had entered a warehouse in Charanjit Pur, Jalandhar, to steal was caught red-handed by locals and factory owners. The accused initially made excuses, but when shown CCTV footage, he confessed to stealing to satisfy his drug addiction. A stolen Activa is also suspected to be recovered from the arrested suspect. The people caught the young man and handed him over to the police.
