Two SHOs Suspended, 35 arrested after murder of Jan Suraaj Leader Dularchand Yadav in Mokama

Mokama: Ghoswari police station chief Madhusudan Kumar and Bhadaur police station chief Raviranjan have been suspended in connection with the murder of Jan Suraaj leader Dularchand in Mokama. According to Rural Superintendent of Police Vikram Sihag, 35 people have been arrested in the case and are being interrogated.

It is being reported that both SHOs failed to take appropriate action in a timely manner. Both have been suspended for negligence in their work.

The postmortem report on Friday revealed how Dular Chand Yadav, the strongman-turned-politician, died. A car ran over his chest, shattering his sternum.

Both lungs ruptured, leading to his death. A team of three doctors conducted a postmortem in the presence of a magistrate in Barh on Friday, lasting about two hours.

Meanwhile, 48 hours after the murder, Anant Singh embarked on a public relations campaign in Mokama. After finishing his election campaign, he returned to his residence at Kargil Chowk in Barh.

In the FIR, the grandson said – Anant Singh fired the shot

Dularchand’s grandson, Neeraj, made serious allegations against Anant Singh and his supporters in his FIR. Neeraj stated in the FIR, “Anant Singh and his supporters abused my grandfather. Then he was dragged out of the car.

Anant Singh pulled a pistol from his waistband and fired with the intent to kill. The bullet struck my grandfather on the sole of his left foot, and he fell down.

Chhotan Singh hit Dada’s legs, back and head with an iron rod to kill him, then trampled him back and forth 2-3 times with the Thar, due to which Dada got crushed.

They shook his grandfather to see if he was dead, then ran away. His grandfather died on the way to the hospital.’

According to the postmortem report, deep wounds and signs of blood clotting were found on several parts of the body. The lungs were ruptured, causing extensive internal bleeding. Several ribs in the chest were found broken.

Injuries were also found, particularly near the vertebrae on the right side. Deep wounds and bruises were found on the head, knee, ankle, and back. Furthermore, there were signs of firearm (gunshot) injuries near the right leg.

Several abrasions and lacerated wounds were found. Doctors wrote that the cause of death was cardiopulmonary failure with blunt injury to the chest and head, meaning that the heart and respiratory system stopped functioning due to blunt force injuries to the chest and head and the ruptured lungs.

Dularchand Yadav died from a lung rupture and multiple rib fractures. These injuries were severe enough to cause internal bleeding, leading to death. Yadav suffered a severe blow or intense pressure to his chest, resulting in broken ribs and severe lung injuries.
