Dushyant Chautala alleges threat as convoy halted row grows

The controversy has increased in Hisar, Haryana, on Friday over the incident of blocking former Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala’s convoy. In this matter, Dushyant Chautala has filed a complaint at the Urban Estate police station in Hisar.

In it, Dushyant Chautala alleged that while going to the SP office, CIA in-charge Pawan Kumar stopped the car on Sabzi Mandi Bridge and threatened by showing a weapon. Not only that, but there was also an attempt to run over the car.

Dushyant says that SP’s security in-charge Amarjeet was also complicit. He has demanded action against both. A press conference has also been called in Chandigarh regarding this today.

Meanwhile, CIA in-charge Pawan Kumar has also filed a complaint at the Urban Estate police station against former Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala and his younger brother Digvijay Chautala. He has made serious allegations in it. For now, seeing the escalating dispute, the SP has handed over the investigation to DSP Kawaljeet.

Meanwhile, this issue has also heated up on social media. BJP Haryana posted saying about Digvijay – First you incite riots in the university and then for cheap TRP you want to become a leader ahead of even your own brother, you should be ashamed. In response, Digvijay wrote – You are the real goons.

Key points of CIA in-charge Pawan Kumar’s complaint…

Dushyant’s driver tried to collide the vehicle: CIA in-charge Pawan Kumar said, “The driver of the vehicle in which Dushyant Chautala was seated was driving incorrectly. Several times, their vehicle almost collided with them. He was repeatedly overtaking, which could harm the public as well. He had only asked the driver to drive correctly by getting out of the car.”

Digvijay Chautala pushed a police officer: Pawan further wrote in the complaint – At this point, Dushyant Chautala got out of the car and tried to grab his vehicle. To avoid a traffic jam on the bridge or any dispute, they left from there. Pawan Kumar also mentioned that Digvijay Chautala pushed police officer Rajkumar, which is also visible in the video. He said that he would discuss this with his senior officers and take further action.

Hisar police had issued a press note: Meanwhile, Hisar police had issued a press release on Friday evening stating that the video circulating on social media is incomplete. An officer of DSP rank is investigating it. After the investigation, the police will release a factual video so that the whole matter can be understood about what happened.

A murder case has been filed against the CIA in-charge

It is reported that in 2023, a murder case was registered against Inspector Pawan Kumar, who was the in-charge of the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) of Haryana Police, along with seven other police personnel. The case was related to the death of a person named Harpal (40) from Fatehabad district, who died on August 31 while undergoing treatment at PGIMS in Rohtak.

After this, the Sadar police station registered an FIR based on a complaint by the deceased’s wife, Suman. Inspector Pawan Kumar was made the main accused in the case. Besides him, the names of ASI Hemraj, Jasbir, and constables Naveen Kumar, Pramod Kumar, Rajbir, and Rajesh were also included. A case was registered against all of them under IPC sections 302 (murder) and 34 (common intention).

The complainant, Suman, stated that on July 1 her husband Harpal went out to get some items from home but did not return. The next day, ASI Hemraj of NCB called and informed that Harpal had been arrested and kept at the Urban Estate police station in Rohtak. Suman alleged that the police did not allow her to meet her husband.

During a brief conversation at the court hearing, Harpal had stated that a demand of 15 to 20 lakh rupees was being made to save him. He had also said that Inspector Pawan picked him up from Fatehabad and brought him to Rohtak and implicated him in a false case.

Decision on the bail of JJP leaders today

Meanwhile, a decision on the bail of the accused in the violent incident at Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology (GJUST) will be made today. The court in Hisar will hear the bail petition of Sumit Kumar. The police have arrested six leaders, including a former JJP candidate, in connection with this case. This includes Jitendra Shayoran, Bijendra, Gaurav Saini, Tarun Goyal, Deepak Ahuja, and Ravindra Kumar, residents of Sector 9-11. The police had presented the accused in court yesterday.

Ajay Chautala said – action should be taken against the police officer

After this controversy, JJP Supremo Dr. Ajay Chautala said – if students do not go to the Vice Chancellor to discuss their rights, then whom will they go to? No action was taken against the students. Cases were filed against our party office-bearers and they were arrested.

There was not a single girl there that day; lady police were stationed there so that if any scuffle happened, it could be made an issue. This is a deliberate action. An officer behaves rudely with the former Deputy CM. He blocks the former Deputy CM’s car and points a gun. Action should be taken against him, but it is being taken against our party leaders.

Meanwhile, JJP State President Brij Sharma targeted the BJP government and said that CIA in-charge Pawan Kumar tried to hit former Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala’s car. Similarly, a policeman even pointed a gun, for which video and CCTV footage exist. This is outright hooliganism by the BJP government.
