Telugu Desam Party (TDP) President, N Chandrababu Naidu said on Wednesday that he will go to New Delhi later in the day for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) meeting.

Manish Tiwari has won from Chandigarh Lok Sabha seat. Manish Tiwari of Congress has secured 216657 votes. Along with this, Sanjay Tandon has been defeated by 2504 votes. Manish Tiwari has thanked the people of Chandigarh after his great victory in the Lok Sabha elections.

The ruling Aam Aadmi Party of the state has suffered a crushing defeat in the Lok Sabha elections. The party, which contested on all seats with a mission of 13-0, including 5 ministers and 3 MLAs, could win only 3 seats. Whereas, 4 ministers of the party have suffered a crushing defeat.

The BJP had won a majority on its own in the 2014 and 2019 Lok Sabha polls, securing 282 seats in 2014 .
