Lawrence Gang Allegedly Demands Rs 10 Crore Extortion From Elvish Yadav

Gurugram: Elvish Yadav has reportedly received an extortion threat demanding Rs 10 crore, following which police have launched an investigation into the matter.

According to media reports, the threat message was allegedly sent from an international phone number and claimed links to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. The same threatening message was reportedly sent to both Elvish Yadav and his father.

Threatened With Consequences if Money Not Paid

Reports stated that the sender allegedly demanded Rs 10 crore within two days and threatened to shoot the YouTuber if the demand was not fulfilled. Police sources said the accused identified himself as a close associate of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang in the message.

Gurugram Police Register Case

Following the complaint, Gurugram Police reportedly registered a case and initiated an investigation. Officials are currently trying to trace the origin of the WhatsApp messages and calls received from the foreign number.

According to reports, the matter has been transferred to the crime branch for further investigation.

Previous Security Concerns Linked to Elvish Yadav

The latest threat comes months after firing was reported outside Elvish Yadav’s residence in Gurugram in 2025. At the time, police had registered a case and arrested multiple accused linked to the incident.
