Mumbai : Mumbai Police has foiled an attempt to attack Bollywood actor Salman Khan once again. Navi Mumbai Police has arrested four people of Lawrence Bishnoi’s gang who were planning to attack Salman’s car in Panvel.
The accused have been identified as Dhananjay alias Ajay Kashyap, Gaurav Bhatia alias Nhai, Waspi Khan alias Wasim Chikna and Zeeshan Khan alias Javed Khan.
A case has been registered against the four under sections 115, 120 (B), 506 of IPC. Police have registered an FIR against a total of 18 people including Lawrence Bishnoi, Anmol Bishnoi and Goldie Brar.
There was a plan to get many dangerous weapons including AK-47 from Pakistan
According to the police, the four accused were planning to get weapons from Pakistan through suppliers for the attack. According to media reports, the attackers were trying to get AK-47, M-16 and AK-92. They had done recce of farm houses and many shooting spots. Police have also recovered many such videos from their mobiles.
Firing at the apartment was done on April 14
Earlier on April 14, firing was done in front of Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment in Bandra at 5 am. The attackers who came on two bikes fired 5 rounds. Salman was in his house at the time of the firing. After the incident, security was increased outside Salman’s house.
