Mumbai, April 18: Bollywood’s evergreen star Dharmendra is seen struggling to keep himself fit even at the age of 89. Recently, the actor has posted a video of himself undergoing physiotherapy. Some time back, he had also posted a video from the gym and said that he wants to motivate his fans.

Dharmendra recently posted a video from his official Instagram account. In the video, Dharmendra is seen lying on the bed and moving one leg with a belt tied to it. Along with the video of physiotherapy, he wrote, “Friends, with your prayers and blessings, I am working hard to stay fit and fine. Yoga, exercise and now physiotherapy. I am thankful to my physiotherapist Amit Kohli. Love you all, take care.”

89-year-old Dharmendra is the oldest actor to remain active in the film industry. He was last seen in the 2024 film Teri Baton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. Prior to this, he has also appeared in an important role in the 2023 film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. In the coming days, he will be seen playing an important role in the film Ikkis.
