Mumbai : Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty recently went on a religious pilgrimage with her family. The Shetty family returned to Mumbai on Sunday evening. Meanwhile, Shilpa, who is active on social media, shared a video of her sister Shamita Shetty on her Instagram on Tuesday, seeing which the fans are getting a little upset and they have started a series of questions and answers in the comments.

Shamita Shetty, sister of actress Shilpa Shetty, revealed on her social media platform that she is currently unwell due to endometriosis. She has been hospitalized and undergone surgery for the condition.
Sharing the video, Shamita Shetty wrote in the caption – ‘Do you know that almost 40 percent of women are suffering from endometriosis and most of us are unaware of this disease. I thank my doctors, my gynecologist Dr. Neeta Varty and my GP Dr. Sunita Banerjee, because they never stopped until they found the root of my pain. Now that my illness is in remission through therapy and surgery, I look forward to days of good health and physical pain-free!’
