Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s second pre-wedding ceremony is over. On Saturday, the last day of the event, about 800 guests of the Ambani family reached the Italian city of Portofino.
Guests were brought from the port to the city plaza through 4 royal boats. The boats ferryed for a journey of about 2 km from the port.
A program named LA DOLCE VITA was organized here from 5 pm to 10:30 pm (Indian time – from 8:30 pm to 2 am late night). LA DOLCE VITA is an Italian word which means ‘beloved life’ in Hindi.
Guests visited the local market
During this time, only the guests of the Ambani family were seen roaming in the city. Many guests also did shopping from local shops. No one was allowed to enter from all the entry points of the city except the guests. During this time, special hand bands were issued to the guests, through which they were given entry into the city.
Italian singer Andrea Bocelli performed
On Saturday, famous Italian singer Andrea Bocelli and violinist Anastasia Petishak also performed for two hours in the city. During this time, big speakers were installed so that the local people also heard their performances. During the program, fireworks were also done on the luxury cruise ‘Celebrity Ascent’ at Portofino Port.
Guests left for their respective destinations
After this event which went on till late night, all the guests left for their respective destinations via flights.
