Kanika Mann is best known for her dual role as Guddan Jindal and Guddan Birla in the comedy series Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega. She began her career as a model and appeared in Punjabi music videos before making her acting debut in 2017 with the Punjabi film Rocky Mental. She also starred in the Kannada film Brihaspathi in 2018 and the Punjabi movie Daana Paani. Her television debut was in 2018 with Badho Bahu, where she played Titli. From 2018 to 2020, she portrayed Guddan in Guddan Tumse Na Ho Payega.

In 2021, she acted opposite Amandep Multani in the Punjabi film Amrika My Dream. She also made her web debut in 2022 with Roohaniyat alongside Arjun Bijlani and participated as a finalist in Khatron Ke Khiladi 12. Most recently, Kanika appeared in the Punjabi zombie comedy Jombieland, which is recognized as India’s first dedicated Punjabi zom-com, directed by Thaparr and featuring a star-studded cast including Binnu Dhillon and Angira Dhar.
