A viral video captured Neha breaking down on stage as she apologised to the crowd, expressing her regret. In a teary voice, she said, “You have been waiting so patiently, and I am so sorry! I will always remember this evening and promise to make you all dance.” However, her emotional plea did little to calm the annoyed audience.
Despite her apology, the crowd reacted harshly, chanting “Go back!” and expressing their displeasure over the delay.
