Mumbai: Actor Shah Rukh Khan has rented two duplex apartments in the upscale Pali Hill area of Mumbai for Rs 2.9 crore annually, according to data analytics firm Zapkey.
The lease agreements, which were registered on February 14, reveal that Shah Rukh Khan has secured the properties in a building called ‘Puja Casa’ located in Khar.
The total rent for both apartments amounts to Rs 2.9 crore per year, or Rs 24.15 lakh per month.
One of the duplex apartments is rented from Jackky Bhagnani and his sister, Deepshikha Deshmukh, while the other is owned by Jackky Bhagnani. The rental agreements are for a period of 36 months, i.e. three years.
