Farah Khan Gets Emotional as Triplets Leave for College in Different Cities

Mumbai: Filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan got emotional as her triplets, Diva, Anya and Czar, began a new chapter in their lives by leaving for college in different cities.

Farah shared a glimpse of the bittersweet moment on Instagram, reflecting on the challenge of sending all three of her children to college at the same time.

Sharing pictures with her children, Farah wrote that while sending one child to college is difficult, doing it three times can be even more emotional.

She described her triplets as “3 pieces of my heart” and encouraged them to enjoy their new journey while reminding them that their parents would always be there for them.

Farah also shared a sweet moment with her son Czar, with one of the pictures showing the mother-son duo sharing a warm hug. Other photographs captured candid moments with her triplets.

She added the song ‘Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna’ to the post, adding to the emotional mood of the milestone.

Celebrities shower love on Farah and her children

Farah’s post received several emotional reactions from her friends in the film industry.

Sunita Kapoor commented, “Faru making me cry,” while Shilpa Shirodkar congratulated the children and said they would return as the best versions of themselves.

Rhea Kapoor also reacted to the post, saying she could not believe how grown-up the triplets had become. Bhavana Pandey, Soha Ali Khan and Diana Penty were among those who dropped heart emojis in the comments.

Triplets graduated from school in May

The college milestone comes a few months after Farah Khan and her husband, filmmaker Shirish Kunder, celebrated their triplets’ school graduation in May.

Farah had shared pictures from the graduation ceremony at Dhirubhai Ambani International School in Mumbai.

At the time, she described the occasion as bittersweet and wrote about the difficulty of raising children and eventually letting them go. She also encouraged Diva, Anya and Czar to “fly as high as they dream”, while assuring them that their parents would always be waiting for them.

The latest milestone marks another emotional step for the family as the three siblings begin their college journeys in different cities.
