Fire breaks out in Teaching block of AIIMS, no casualty reported

New Delhi: An incident of fire that broke out in the All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi was reported here on Thursday morning. As per information, the fire broke out in the teaching block which led to damage to furniture and office records. As per Delhi Fire Services, no casualty was reported due to the incident.

As per information shared by Delhi Fire Services, around 5 am today information of fire incident on the 2^nd floor of biology department was reported. Fire broke out due to a short circuit in the fridge. The fire was controlled immediately by AIIMS fire services, Fire tender staff of Melhi fire services also arrived ay the spot.

No casualties / injuries were reported and there is no damage to property
