    Flood Threat on BR-84 as water touches danger mark; several trains affected
    Heavy rainfall across Punjab has significantly disrupted train services. As per the release by Northern Railway, trains were either cancelled or short terminated following the damage due to heavy rains. As per the release, problems such as misalignment and water touching the danger mark were reported from various bridges. Due to which, total of ten trains were affected. 

    As per the release, misalignment was reported as BR-17 between Kathua- Madhopur. Whereas, pier tilted from its original position at BR-137 between Hira Nagar-Ghagwal, over Jammu Division.

    Following the heavy rain, water was touching the danger mark on BR-84 between Gidarpindi- Makhu over Firozpur Division.
