Garhshankar: Former Sarpanch crushed to death by overload tipper

Former Sarpanch of the village Achalpur was crushed to death by an overloaded tipper. As per information, the accident took place near Garhshankar Nangal Road.

According to the information, former Sarpanch Chuhar Singh was going to his village from Garhshankar city on a motorcycle when he reached the said place, an overloaded tipper coming from behind crushed him, due to which he died on the spot.

After the accident, Amarpreet Singh Lali Halka Incharge Congress, Darshan Singh Mattu State Leader Kandi Sangarsh Committee, Jasvir Aulakh Congress leader and villagers brought the dead body to the Civil Hospital for postmortem.

Currently, the tipper driver has been arrested. After the accident, an atmosphere of panic is being felt in the area. At this time, DSP Garhshankar Daljit Singh Khakh Police Party has reached the accident spot and started action.
