New Delhi, July 31: There is a fall in the price of gold and silver today i.e. on 31st July. According to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association (IBJA), the price of 24 carat gold has fallen by Rs 603 to Rs 98,414 per 10 grams. Earlier the price of gold was Rs 99,017.
The price of silver has come down by Rs 1,655 to Rs 1,11,745 per kg. Earlier, silver was at Rs 1,13,400. On July 23, gold had made an all-time high of Rs 1,00,533 and silver Rs 1,15,850.

Gold has become costlier by Rs 22,252 so far this year
This year, i.e. from January 1 till now, the price of 10 grams of 24 carat gold has increased by Rs 22,252 from Rs 76,162 to Rs 98,414. At the same time, the price of silver has also increased by Rs 25,728 from Rs 86,017 per kg to Rs 1,11,745. Last year, i.e. in 2024, gold became costlier by Rs 12,810.
