Grenade attack on BJP office in Chandigarh; Police arrest 2 people from Morinda

Chandigarh: Police have taken major action in the grenade attack case on BJP office in Chandigarh. According to the information received, the police have arrested 2 people from Morinda. Who have been identified as Aman and Gurtej. The police had raided the village of Ratangarh. However, during this raid, the police have not recover anything from the house.

Although it is being said that something has also been recovered from the arrested youth in a yellow envelope. But this has not been confirmed by the police. Both are residents of Morinda.

On the other hand, Gurtej Singh and Amanpreet Singh, residents of Ratangarh village of Morinda, have been rounded up by the police. According to the information, these two persons drive vehicles in Chandigarh, and they have been rounded up in the case of the explosion outside the BJP office, but the family members of both of them are not aware of this.

It is worth noting that a grenade attack was carried out in front of the BJP office in Sector 37, Chandigarh. This is being investigated thoroughly by the police. Apart from all the teams of Chandigarh Police and forensic teams, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) also reached.
