Hansi-Gym owner shot dead by bike borne miscreants, incident caught on CCTV

In a shocking incident near Hansi’s Fawwara Chowk, motorcycle-borne assailants shot dead a gym owner around 5:30 AM on Thursday.

The attackers fired approximately 10 rounds in just five seconds; several bullets struck the gym owner in the back and head. He succumbed to his injuries on the spot. A video of the entire incident has also surfaced.

At the time of the incident, the gym owner, Kapil, was conducting a morning workout session for a group of young men and women on the ramps outside shops near the chowk. Helmet-clad miscreants on a motorcycle arrived, opened rapid fire, and fled the scene.

During the firing, a young woman named Shikha, who was warming up, was injured by shrapnel. She has been admitted to a private hospital in Hisar, where she is undergoing treatment.

CCTV footage of the incident has surfaced, capturing the assailants’ movements. Upon receiving the information, the police arrived at the scene, cordoned off the area, and initiated an investigation. Given the gravity of the case, the CIA (Crime Investigation Agency) and a forensic team have also been summoned to the site.

Recent love marriage
According to preliminary information, Kapil was originally from Dalamwala village in Jind district and had been running a gym in Hansi for several years. The deceased had entered into a love marriage only recently. The police are investigating from all possible angles and are attempting to identify the accused based on the CCTV footage. A sense of panic prevails in the city following the murder.
