Chandigarh: Punjab Police has clarified the situation regarding a viral video shared by BJP MP Harbhajan Singh. According to the police, the video is from Jagraon, Punjab. A young man can be seen allegedly consuming drugs in the video.

Police confirmed the video to be from Jagraon

Harbhajan Singh had shared a post by BJP leader Ravneet Singh Bittu, raising questions about the drug problem in Punjab. He had taunted his critics, saying that now the Jagraon bridge would also be shown as being in Rajasthan.

Punjab Police stated that the video may be old, but the young man seen in it had been identified. According to the police, the youth was arrested by the Ludhiana police on August 12th.
