Haryana: Bloody Clash Between Two Factions Over Land Dispute; One Dead, 8 Injured

A bloody clash erupted between two factions on Thursday over a land dispute between the villages of Mundo Garhi and Sadarpur in Karnal. Reports indicate that eight people were injured in the incident. Additionally, a 65-year-old man lost his life. The police have admitted the injured individuals to the hospital, while some of the injured have been referred to Karnal for further treatment.

According to reports, the land dispute suddenly escalated, leading to a physical altercation between the two groups. There are also rumors of gunfire at the scene; however, this has not yet been officially confirmed.

Following the incident, an atmosphere of tension prevailed in the region. Upon receiving the information, three police teams rushed to the spot and are currently working to bring the situation under control. The injured were immediately transported to the hospital for treatment, and some of those with serious injuries have been referred to Karnal.

Police officials state that the entire matter is under investigation and the situation will be clarified shortly. Currently, police forces have been deployed in the area to prevent any untoward incidents.
