The government is also focusing on widening roads to control traffic congestion in Gurugram.

Over 10.51 Lakh Women Benefited

On February 27, CM Saini informed the House that 10,51,029 women had applied under the Lado Laxmi Yojana through the mobile app.

The fourth installment of the scheme was released on February 10.

Rs 193 crore was transferred to more than 9 lakh women.

So far, Rs 637 crore has been transferred.

Now, Rs 1,80,000 is also being given to mothers who do not have three children.

Financial Support Plan from 2026

From February 2026:

Rs 1,100 will be deposited directly into bank accounts.

Rs 1,000 will be kept in a fixed deposit (FD).

The FD amount can be used later to help children start a business or for a daughter’s marriage.

One special feature of the scheme is that all eligible women in a family can receive the benefit.
