Haryana: Former CM’s nephew attacked in car, probe on

Unknown attackers attacked the car of Ugrasen, nephew of former CM late Bhajanlal and brother of former Fatehabad MLA Dudaram, near Bolu Wali Diggi located on village Jhalania-MP Rohi road late Monday night. Election rivalry is being blamed for the attack. On receiving the information of the incident, the police team reached the spot and started an investigation.

The police has registered a case in the matter. Three teams of CIA are engaged in an investigation. It is being told that Ugrasen and his driver Sushil Kumar were coming from village MP Rohi to Fatehabad city by car. At the same time, four-five attackers who came in two vehicles stopped their car in front of Ugrasen’s car. Then attacked the car with sticks.

It was fortunate that no one was seriously injured in the attack. After this, the police were immediately informed. On receiving the information, the Sadar police station reached the spot and took information about the whole matter.

Ugrasen’s ancestral village is in village MP Rohi; he goes there every morning and returns in the evening. SP spokesperson Vinod Kumar says that action is being taken by registering a case as per rules in the attack and vandalism on the car of the former MLA’s brother in Sadar Fatehabad police station area at night.

The accused have been identified. Three teams have been working to arrest the accused since night under the leadership of DSP.
