Panipat: Sarpanch representative shot due to land dispute

In Sutana village of Panipat, a Sarpanch representative was shot at due to a land dispute. Due to which he was seriously injured. The family rushed him to the hospital. Where he is undergoing treatment. The police, who reached the spot after getting the information, are investigating the matter.

According to the information, Sarpanch representative Sonu had gone to see the water in his field on Thursday morning. While returning, Ashwini alias Kallu, a youth from the same village, hit him with a car and made him fall. After this, Ashwini got out of the car and fired bullets at Sonu.

Three bullets hit

In the attack, Sonu was shot two times in the stomach and one in the leg. He was seriously injured. A youth working in a nearby field informed the family and admitted the injured Sarpanch representative to a private hospital in Panipat.

Land dispute going on for many years

On getting the information, the family and the police reached the hospital. The police are investigating the matter. According to the villagers, the land dispute between the two families was going on for many years. Panchayat was also held several times on this issue, but the matter could not be resolved. This attack was carried out due to this dispute.
