The Special Task Force (STF) unit has arrested three accused associated with the Rohit Godara gang. Officials stated that the three accused delivered ₹3 lakh to the attackers in the firing incident at actress Disha Patani’s home. The accused include Happy, a resident of Pipli Kheda, Sonipat, Himanshu, a resident of Mayur Vihar Gali No. 10, and Sunil, a resident of Vikas Nagar, Murthal Road.
All three were produced in court, where they were remanded to police custody for two days. Police are interrogating the accused. According to STF in-charge Inspector Rakesh, the accused were wanted in a case registered at the Sadar police station in Bahadurgarh on May 22nd.
STF in-charge Rakesh stated that the investigation revealed that on the instructions of gangster Rohit Godara, his associates, Arun, a resident of Mayur Vihar, Sonipat, and Ravindra, a resident of Kahani, Rohtak, deposited ₹3 lakh into Happy’s bank account through a CDM machine from Bhiwani on September 27, 2025. This money was sent to fund the gang’s activities and preparations for the firing.
At Arun’s behest, Happy transferred the money to the accounts of other gang members, Sunil and Himanshu. The two withdrew the money and handed it over to Arun and Ravindra. Arun and Ravindra are the same accused who were killed in an encounter in Uttar Pradesh in connection with the firing incident at actress Disha Patani’s home.
STF Inspector Rakesh stated that the three arrested accused had been active members of the Rohit Godara gang for a long time and handled the gang’s funding and logistical support. The three are currently being interrogated, and the police are working to unravel the gang’s financial chain and network. The STF Bahadurgarh unit is conducting a thorough investigation into the case to uncover the gang’s other associates and financial sources.
