Haryana Weather: Day and Night Temperatures Above Normal, Heat to Intensify from March

Chandigarh: Haryana is experiencing a change in weather after the western disturbance system moved through. According to weather experts, a slight drop in night temperatures is possible due to the influence of northerly winds, but both day and night temperatures will remain above normal.

Yesterday, several districts in the state recorded maximum temperatures above 30 degrees Celsius. Slight fluctuations in temperatures are expected to continue until February 25th, with sharp increases in day and night temperatures expected in most locations in the final days of February.

The heat will start from March

According to the Meteorological Department’s analysis, the beginning of March is expected to be relatively warm. Daytime temperatures could reach 30 to 35 degrees Celsius or higher, while minimum temperatures could also rise to 10 to 16 degrees Celsius or higher. This means that this year’s March could begin with a feeling of heat.

Higher-than-normal running temperatures

Currently, day and night temperatures remained above normal across most parts of the region. Gurugram recorded the highest maximum temperature of 31.1 degrees Celsius, which is above the season’s average.

Weather to remain dry

Meteorologists predict that temperatures will rise further in the coming days, making the afternoon heat more palpable. Overall, Haryana is expected to experience dry weather and continued rising temperatures in the coming days
