Minor girl missing from Panipat shelter home

Police had brought her two days ago; they also took cash and documents. Police were on the lookout. 

Panipat:  A 16-year-old minor girl escaped from a shelter home in Panipat, Haryana, late at night by dodging the staff. While fleeing, the minor took her mobile phone, cash, and important documents with her. The girl jumped into the street from the main gate and escaped. A complaint has been lodged with the police. On the basis of the complaint, the police have registered a case and started searching for her.

Project coordinator of Srishti Kalyan Samiti Open Shelter Home, Reena, in a complaint lodged at Chandnibagh police station, said that the 16-year-old girl was brought here on July 24 by ASI Santosh of Mahila police station. At around 11 pm on July 26, she broke the grill of the room door and came out of the room.

After coming out of the room, she went to the room of Neetu, who was on night duty, and stole Rs 7500 from her cupboard. She also took her dupatta.

After this, the girl went to the office. After going to the office, the girl stole a keypad phone and some important office documents from the cupboard and escaped by jumping over the main door.
