184-page Chargesheet filed in rape-murder case of 3-year-old girl in Nuh

Nuh: In the case of rape and murder of a 3-year-old girl in Haryana, Nuh police has filed a 184-page charge sheet in 10 days. In this incident that took place on December 1, the police arrested the accused on the day of the incident itself. Along with the arrest of the accused, evidence was collected by inspecting the spot. After this, the statements of witnesses and the accused were recorded. During this action, digital forensics and DNA test reports were also included.

On December 1, in a village in Pinangwa police station area, a 30-year-old youth raped and brutally murdered a three-and-a-half-year-old innocent girl late in the evening. The accused lured the innocent girl, who was playing with her brother in the courtyard of the house, with chips and took her about 200 meters away from the house.

Later he returned home after hiding the body. At 11:00 pm, the villagers found the body of the innocent girl soaked in blood.

The villagers ignored the incident and started performing the last rites of the girl. Meanwhile, when the police got a tip-off, the police team reached the spot. The girl’s body was taken into custody. In the preliminary investigation of the police, it was revealed that the girl was raped, then killed.

Pinangwa police station in-charge Subhash Chand said that after committing the crime, the accused was trying to escape. The police took the matter seriously and formed 4 teams. After which the accused was arrested near Marora village. The accused has been identified as Harish Chandra alias Churri (34). Churri has confessed his crime.
