Tragic incident in Bawanikhera: Woman loses life in electric shock accident

Fell on wires while grinding flour; got electrocuted repeatedly; the body was heavy; could not get up. 

Bawani Khera: A 52-year-old woman died of electric shock in Bawani Khera’s Bhiwani district’s railway gate crossing Dhani. The current came in the flour mill’s motor, and the woman got caught in it. After getting the electric shock, the family brought her to the civil hospital, but the doctors declared her dead after examination.

Sunehri, a resident of ward number 13 of Bawani Khera, was a housewife. On Thursday evening, she was working by running the flour mill in her house. Sunehri’s nephew Lokesh told him that no one was at home at that time. All the family members had gone out to work. Her aunt touched the motor, and she fell unconscious after getting electrocuted.

After some time, her nephew (Lokesh’s nephew) went to give tea to his grandmother (Sunheri) from the adjoining house and saw that his grandmother was lying unconscious on the ground, and he informed his family about this. The family brought her to Bawani Khera Civil Hospital.

Dr. Ravi Chaudhary of Civil Hospital Bawani Khera said that Sunehri was brought to the hospital on Thursday late evening. She fell on the wires due to an electric shock from the motor and due to her heavy body. Her body kept getting electric shocks repeatedly, due to which she died. The postmortem of the body will be done today.
