Chandigarh: A 7-year-old minor girl was kidnapped, raped and murdered in Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. Police have recovered the minor’s body from the paddy fields. The minor girl was kidnapped on Wednesday (18 September). The police had arrested the accused youth but the minor’s body was not recovered yesterday. After which today the police interrogated the accused, in which the accused himself showed the police the place where he had buried the body.
The accused is a resident of Budia, on Wednesday he took two girls living in his neighborhood with him on the pretext of paying obeisance at the Gurudwara and feeding them guava from the garden. During this time the 5-year-old minor returned but the 7-year-old girl did not return.
When the girl returned home and told the entire incident to the family, the police was informed. While investigating the case, the police got a CCTV footage of the Gurudwara in which the accused was clearly seen taking both the girls with him.
