Villager attacked with sharp weapon in Rohtak

Incident due to old enmity, had attacked before too, threatened to kill.

Haryana: A case of an attack with a sharp weapon has come to light in village Bainsi of Rohtak. The injured in this incident were admitted to Rohtak PGI for treatment. The reason for the incident is said to be old enmity. Due to which the person who came to his village was attacked in the village itself. On receiving the complaint the police registered the case and started investigation.

Gulab, a resident of Bainsi village of Rohtak, told in the complaint lodged at Lakhanmajra police station that he lives in Chang, Bhiwani. On May 24, he came to his village Banksi. He had come somewhere in the village at around 3:30 in the night. When he was going back home alone, a person from his village attacked him. The accused brought an iron saw with which he attacked. He has committed crimes before also.


Gulab said that his hands were badly hurt. Due to which he got injured and fell. The accused left the place threatening to kill him. He alleged that the attacker was harboring a grudge against him for a long time. It was out of this rivalry that he carried out this attack. The injured in the attack were admitted to CHC Lakhanmajra. Who was admitted to Rohtak PGI for treatment. The matter was reported to the police. Police registered the case and started investigation.
