Yamunanagar: A shocking revelation has been made in the double murder case of a mother and son in Yamunanagar, Haryana. Meena Saini (45) and her son Rahul (24) were murdered not by anyone else but by her daughter Kajal and her brother’s son Krish. Kajal confessed this during interrogation. The police have registered a murder case against Kajal and arrested her. She has been taken on a 3-day remand.
Kajal’s aunt, Kiran, told her that 27-year-old Kajal is a lesbian. This came to light when, a few years ago, Kajal got Rahul married to her friend.
Rahul’s wife used to go to Kajal’s room at night. There was a fight in the house over this, and Rahul’s wife left the house. When Meena got Rahul married for the second time, Kajal forced her sister-in-law. Due to this, she also left Rahul. Kajal considered her mother and brother obstacles in her life.
Inspector Jagdish said that Kajal’s speech and behaviour are like those of a boy. The Y factor is easily visible in her. There was a dispute in the house regarding this. She had even left home once. She works as a salesgirl at a mobile shop on behalf of a mobile company in Yamunanagar.
Kajal is very active on social media. She has created an account on Instagram under the name VIP Nawab. She has about 1200 followers and has made 820 posts. Apart from this, she also has a tattoo on her hand, on which Nawab is written.
During police interrogation, Kajal said, ‘Rahul had gone for shaving at 10 a.m. on Sunday. Then he hit something on Mother Meena’s head and threw it on her head, killing her by strangulating her with the wire of the earphone. Then I called my maternal uncle’s son, Krish. Then Rahul came. She pushed him and made him fall. Then he twisted his hand and held his leg. Krish strangled Rahul with a towel.
According to the police, the postmortem report suggests that Meena and Rahul must have had a mild struggle with the accused at the time of the incident. The murderer must have hit Meena’s head with a strong rod-like object because there is a head injury. Rahul’s elbow was found to be broken. The viscera will be sent to the lab to check whether any poisonous or intoxicating substance was given or not.
According to the police, when Kajal’s maternal grandfather died, Meena was the eldest daughter in the house. Meena has two brothers and a sister. One brother has died, and his son Krish was involved in the murder. Meena’s mother had bequeathed her 40-yard house and 200-yard plot to Meena. It was written in it that when all the children grow up, this property will be divided among them.
When everyone grew up, Meena refused to divide the property. Due to this, he had a dispute with his brother Shiva, alias Chotu, and sister Kiran.
After his father’s death, Krish was worried that he might have to be evicted from the house. That is why he befriended Kajal two and a half months ago. Kajal’s mother and brother used to stop her. Therefore, it was decided between the two that if the mother and son get out of the way, the entire 58-yard house will become Kajal’s. Krish will get a 40-yard house and a 200-yard plot. Both of them saw an opportunity on Sunday and committed the murder.
An investigation is also being done regarding the property dispute.
According to the police, Kajal changed the story of the incident 25 times in 24 hours. Kiran said that since childhood, Kajal was also brought up like Rahul, so she also considered herself a boy and not a girl. He did not wear girls’s clothes at all.
