The collision was so severe that both the persons riding in the canter got crushed under the tyres of the truck and died on the spot. As soon as the information was received, the fire department, police, and administrative officials reached the spot. Police pulled out the bodies with the help of a crane and started investigation.

The driver fled from the spot, while the deceased have not been identified yet. Police have started investigating the nearby CCTV cameras and the absconding truck driver is being searched. The accident took place on the road going from Narnaul to Dadri, due to which traffic on the national highway was affected for some time. Police have sent the bodies for post-mortem, and further action is underway.

According to the officer, outpost in-charge Pritam Singh said that an empty truck (Punjab number) was standing on the roadside when a concrete-laden truck with a Rajasthan number hit it from behind. As soon as the accident was reported, police, fire brigade and other administrative teams reached the spot. Police took out the bodies with the help of a crane and started investigating the case. At present, the deceased have not been identified, and the police are searching for the truck driver.
