Sirsa: The accused, who looted the cattle trader in Sirsa district, has been arrested by Rania police station. The police say that the accused will be produced in court and taken on remand. Giving information, Kariwala outpost in-charge SI Rajesh Kumar said that the accused has been identified as Gursevak Singh alias Mulla, son of Jaili Singh alias Jaila Ram, a resident of Bani village, district Sirsa.
He said that Rania police station has already arrested two accused of this incident, Mangu and Sonu, residents of Bani, and recovered Rs 7500 from the looted amount based on their information. The bike used in the crime has also been recovered.
On the complaint of Kale Khan, son of Mohammad Khan, a resident of Rodawali district, Hanumangarh, Rajasthan, Rania police station had registered a case in the matter of robbery. It is noteworthy that buffalo trader Kale Khan was going from village Bani to Surewala on January 7, when three youths sitting in an ambush on the way looted cash worth Rs. 15000 from Kale Khan and fled from the spot. The police station in charge said that the arrested youth would be produced in court and remanded, and after interrogation, the remaining looted amount would be recovered.
