Former minister Nirmal protested in Ambala

The demand to open the Shambhu border brought the work of textile traders to a standstill.

Ambala: In Ambala, traders demand to open the Shambhu border, which has been closed for the last 5 months, has started rising. After the trade organizations of Ambala, a symbolic dharna was held today under the leadership of the former Congress minister to open the border, and the current government was surrounded by Congress leaders while giving a befitting reply.

To stop the farmers from marching to Delhi, about 5 months ago, the Shambhu border on the Haryana-Punjab border near Ambala was closed by barricading several layers. Now the demand to open this border, which has been closed for a long time, has started rising. Due to this, today in Ambala, former Congress minister Nirmal Singh and his colleagues targeted the government through protest and has demanded to opened the border.

During this, former minister Nirmal Singh said that the farmers who are sitting on the Shambhu border should be allowed to go to Delhi. Due to the closed border, the work of the textile traders in Ambala City has come to a complete standstill. It has become difficult for them to meet their expenses. They have demanded that the government solve this problem soon.
