Animal trader commits suicide in Jind

15 people were accused of harassing him in transactions; names and accounts were written in suicide notes.

Jind: An animal trader in Jind, Haryana, committed suicide by swallowing a poisonous substance. A suicide note has been found near him. In this case, he has accused 15 people of forcing him to commit suicide. Some of these accused were those who demanded illegal money, while he had to take money from some people. Some had captured his land. Sadar police station has registered a case and started an investigation.

Kuldeep, a resident of Julani village in Jind, said that his father Rajkumar used to do farming. He also used to buy and sell animals. His father used to come home many times and tell me that many people were harassing him illegally for money. Satbir, Mahipal, Satbir’s wife Sudesh, a resident of Uchana Kalan, Satish, a resident of Balu village in Kaithal, Balwan, a resident of Julani, and his brother Prabhu are harassing him illegally.

Even after giving them the money for the buffaloes, they are still demanding money. Kuldeep said that Satish resident Balu had forcibly made his father sign a mortgage for his four kanal five marla land. Balwan’s son Bhalla, Sonu’s son Jagdish, Monu’s son Jagdish, Balwan’s daughter, and Balwan’s wife were not allowed farming on his land. His father was troubled because of them.

His father had to take money from Rohtash residents of Dhamtan, Anil residents of Jakholi and Kaithal, Raju residents of Danoda, and Jasso residents of Alewa. Despite his father asking for money repeatedly, they were not giving it. Troubled by all these accusations, his father wrote a suicide note.

Later, he committed suicide by swallowing a poisonous substance near Ahirka village. The names and accounts of all the accused are written in the suicide note. After getting information about the incident, the police team reached the spot, took the suicide note and the dead body into custody, and kept them in the mortuary for a postmortem.
