Bhiwani residents may get the gift of a medical college by next year

 Bhiwani: Bhiwani residents may get the gift of a medical college next year. Apart from this, the emergency department will also be expanded, for which the responsibility of planning has been given to B&R. The OPD of the emergency department currently has a facility of 12 beds, which is planned to be increased to 18.

 Bhiwani: Bhiwani residents may get the gift of a medical college next year. The OPD of the emergency department currently has a facility of 12 beds, which is planned to be increased to 18 beds. Apart from this, the Health Department is also busy speeding up the preparations for the construction of the Medical College.

A 720 bed medical college is going to be built in the district. A new building with 420 beds is being constructed so that a 300-bed general hospital can be included in it. Ward building, OPD, OT and emergency department will be specially included in the medical college. The Health Department is continuously working to correct the shortcomings in all these wings.

Civil Surgeon Dr. Raghuveer Shandilya has inspected the general hospital and the team regarding the construction of the medical college. Repairs will be done as per requirement at OPT, OP, emergency department and other places in the hospital. For this, a report regarding the budget and work will be prepared by B&R which will be sent to higher officials. Renovation work will be started after the report is finalized
