Panipat: A Muslim family in the village Madalouda of Thana Madalouda area of Panipat district had gone to the field. Meanwhile, Someone broke the lock of the house and the cupboard from behind and stole cash and jewelry worth Rs. 1.5 lakhs kept in it. When the family came home from the field, they saw that the lock of the house was broken. After reaching inside their house, they saw that the cupboard was also open from inside. They saw that cash worth Rs. 1.5 lakhs was kept in the cupboard and gold and silver jewelry was missing.
The victim party lodged a case in Madalouda police station. The police started an investigation after registering a case on the statement of the victim.
According to it, Anwar son of Mehar Ali, a resident of Madalouda, said that he runs a puncture shop in front of Khukharana Cement Factory. On 28 November, he went to the puncture shop in the morning. He along with his mother and wife went to the field. When they returned from the field, they found the lock of the gate broken. They saw that the stuff was scattered inside the cupboard was wide open.
On checking it was found that Rs 1.5 lakh cash and gold and silver jewelry kept in it were missing. Complaint was lodged at the police station and police registered a case on the statement of Anwar.
