Hodal: Due to dense fog, a tragic accident occurred on the National Highway in Hodal area of Palwal district of Haryana on Thursday morning. Many passengers traveling in a bus were injured in a collision between a bus and a truck near Mundkati police station. Due to dense fog, visibility was very low, due to which this accident happened.
The injured were immediately admitted to the government hospital in Hodal, where the condition of some passengers was said to be critical. The injured are being treated in the hospital, and a team of doctors is monitoring their condition. As per reports nearly 2 dozen people have been reported injured.
The police have reached the spot and started an investigation and primarily fog is being considered the main cause of the accident. The police have appealed to the passengers as well as to bus drivers to travel carefully during dense fog.
