Hisar: On Friday, in Barwala of Haryana’s Hisar district, a bus and a dumper collided due to fog near Khedar Thermal Power Plant on Hisar Chandigarh Highway. The passengers sitting in the bus narrowly escaped. There is a thick fog in the area since morning and visibility is very low due to the fog.
According to the information, a Haryana Roadways bus was going from village Sahu to Hisar. After leaving Barwala city, the Haryana Roadways bus was going on Hisar Chandigarh National Highway. When it reached near Rajiv Gandhi Thermal Power Plant Khedar, a dumper was going ahead of it. It is being told that due to fog, there was less visibility on the road.
The dumper driver going ahead of the bus suddenly applied brakes for some reason. As soon as the brakes of the dumper were applied, the bus going behind collided with the dumper from the conductor’s side. The bus driver tried hard to stop the bus, but could not stop it. The bus crashed immediately after colliding with the dumper. The passengers sitting in the bus suffered minor injuries in the road accident and narrowly escaped.
