Kaithal: A bus lost control and overturned in a ditch near village Kasan on Jind Road in Kaithal. Dozens of passengers were injured when the bus overturned. On receiving information, the police reached the spot and took the injured to the district civil hospital.
The accident happened around 9:30 in the morning. The bus was carrying passengers towards Jind. As soon as it reached near village Kasan, the accident happened. There were dozens of passengers in the bus. Many of them were discharged after first aid as they had minor injuries, while those who had serious injuries were admitted to the hospital.
Crowd in the emergency ward of the hospital
On the other hand, due to the accident that happened in the morning, a crowd gathered in the emergency ward of the hospital. The hospital staff immediately started treating the injured. The injured were brought to the hospital in several ambulances. Police personnel also reached the spot and started investigation.
