A Ritz car caught fire on National Highway 9 in Hansi, Hisar on Saturday morning. Three people in the car had a narrow escape. The fire brigade, which reached the spot, controlled the fire. A short while ago, CM Saini’s convoy was about to pass from the spot.

According to the information, Rajkumar, a resident of the Rup Nagar Colony of Hansi, was going to Hisar for some work. As soon as he crossed Geeta Chowk and reached near KFC, smoke was seen coming out of the car from the front. There were three people in the car at that time.

As soon as the three people got down from the car, the fire broke out at the same time. And within no time, the entire car was engulfed in it.

Rajkumar immediately informed the fire brigade about the incident. And the fire brigade vehicle reached the spot in no time. After a lot of effort, the fire brigade vehicle controlled the fire. But by then the car was completely burnt.

Fireman Jasvir Singh said that he had received information about the fire in the car through Dial 112. When we reached the spot, the fire was in full swing. And the car had burnt down a lot. After about half an hour of hard work, the fire was brought under control.

The convoy of Chief Minister Nayab Saini was to pass through the same road where the car caught fire. He had come to Hisar to inaugurate the Cyclothon Yatra. He had to go to Rohtak to attend a party program. But by the time the CM’s convoy passed, the fire was brought under control. But some time before the Chief Minister’s convoy passed, the administration had come into action due to the incident of a car catching fire.
