65-year-old Dhoop Singh, a resident of Hasangarh in Barwala, told the police in his statement that he is a farmer and has two sons. On August 23, in the afternoon, he was coming from Jind to his village on Jind-Barwala road on his bike. When he went a little ahead of the Mirchpur village bus stand, a black colored i20 car was coming from the front. The car hit his bike directly from the front by driving at high speed and carelessly.

Due to the accident, he fell along with the bike got seriously injured, and became unconscious. Passersby admitted him to CHC Mirchpur. From there the doctor referred him to Hisar after seeing his serious condition. Later his family took him to a private hospital in Hisar for better treatment, where he is undergoing treatment.
