Charkhi Dadri: A case of firing on youth due to enmity has come to light in the village Imlota of Charkhi Dadri district of Haryana. The youth saved his life by running in the fields. On receiving the information, the police team reached the spot and inspected it.
On the complaint of the victim, Sadar police station has registered a case against 7 people under the Arms Act and other related sections and started further action.
In the complaint given to the police, Umesh alias Pistol, a resident of Imlota, said that he is a farmer. His fields are located near the petrol pump on Dadri-Jhajjar road. Where he has built a makeshift shop and has given it on rent. He was sitting with his uncle Dalbir at the tea stall located there.
At the same time, 3 bikes stopped there, out of which two people were riding on two bikes and three people were riding on one bike. According to the complainant, two people were from his village and had a grudge against him for firing on him in the past.
The victim said that as soon as he reached there, one of the youths took out a pistol and fired at him to kill him. He narrowly escaped. Later he ran towards the fields to save his life, but the said people followed him. When the people sitting at the table made noise, the said people left from there.
Later, he informed his family and the police. After which the police team reached the spot and inspected. Umesh has filed a complaint with the police and demanded legal action. On Umesh’s complaint, the police have registered a case against Ashish alias Kaku, Sumit alias Kala, and 5 other people from his village.
