Chandigarh: A case of molestation of a female dog has come to light at Chandigarh’s Punjab Engineering College (PEC). After the video surfaced, Manish, an NGO operator from Nayagaon town of Mohali, complained to the Chandigarh Police. He has made this complaint online on the Chandigarh Police portal. The police have started investigating the matter. The NGO operator had received a video in this case.
Complainant Manish said that the person who molested the female dog lives on the Punjab Engineering College campus. He works as a cook in the girls’ hostel. He committed such an incident earlier as well. He was earlier found roaming naked inside the campus. Chandigarh Police should take action against the accused under the Animal Cruelty Act.
