The youths were also kept in a Delhi hotel for four days. Later, they came to know that the railway appointment letters were fake. When he pressed for the money, the accused refused to give the money. In Kanwar Bhan’s complaint, the city police station registered a case against Pawan Salwan and Vishal under various sections, including fraud.
